Project Overview
Blu Mark is a modern Ayurvedic brand offering diabetic-friendly atta, and the goal was to refresh its packaging and digital presence to feel natural, warm, and uplifting instead of clinical. Inspired by Nestlé’s nature-led storytelling, the new packaging uses birds, grains, seeds, and ingredient illustrations to create a lively, wholesome visual identity, with a central sack-style motif referencing traditional grain storage.
Alongside this, a modern, UGC-inspired Shopify website was designed to appeal to Gen Z and millennial buyers, using a friendly blue-and-warm color palette and interactive mockups to build trust and make the brand feel contemporary, credible, and approachable.

Challenge
The brand struggled with packaging that looked overly medicinal, which created emotional resistance for diabetic consumers already accustomed to clinical products. The new design had to feel natural, hopeful, and premium while retaining authenticity to Ayurvedic roots and staying appealing to modern buyers. Additionally, the website needed to bridge the gap between a traditional doctor-led brand and a young, digitally native audience.

Results
The redesigned packaging successfully repositioned Blu Mark as a warm, nature-driven, and premium Ayurvedic brand. The visual storytelling, combining natural elements, earthy motifs, and a modern aesthetic. Made the product feel more approachable and emotionally uplifting for diabetic consumers.
The new Shopify website strengthened the brand’s digital presence, offering a clean, youthful, and trustworthy experience that resonated with Gen Z and millennial shoppers. Together, the packaging and website created a unified brand identity that increased appeal, clarity, and consumer confidence.
